Cheryl Dotson
Owner and President of The Meeting
Edge, Inc.®
Cheryl held various positions in
banking, computer operations and paralegal and has a strong
background in business operations and customer support.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
Cheryl enjoys traveling, movies, trivia, sports and spending
time with her family, especially her two granddaughters.
She is excited to have the opportunity to continue the
successful tradition of The Meeting Edge and is

Norie Baker
Account Manager at The Meeting
Edge®
Norie has been an Account Manager for more than 8 years for The Meeting Edge and currently serves three clients: WICT-DC, WICT-RMC, and NIRI Colorado Chapter. She was raised in Philadelphia and moved to Colorado in 1976 to go to college. She graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Food Science and Nutrition. She has 13 years experience in both restaurant management and quality control with Kraft General Foods. She also spent 5 years in corporate organizations as a national accounts coordinator and administrative assistant.
Norie and her husband have 2 boys. They spend their spare time at their mountain cabin and enjoy four-wheeling, skiing, traveling,
and ice hockey.

Kim
Watts
Account Manager at The Meeting Edge®
Kim is a Colorado native who has lived
in the Denver area for more than 30 years. Before coming to The
Meeting Edge, she worked in the non-profit youth pageantry and
drum corps activity. Kim manages two clients for The Meeting Edge: AFP Colorado Chapter and ASHI.
After attending Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Colorado as a
Psychology major, Kim's emphasis shifted to working with
nonprofits. She has been with The Meeting Edge for nearly a
decade and finds her client work very rewarding. It enables her
to use a variety of skills to support her clients as their needs
change and increase.
In her spare time, Kim knits and teaches aromatherapy, Reiki and
basket making. But she and her husband manage enough time to
learn more about dinosaurs from her grandson, Beckett.

Debbie Reece, CMP
Account & Marketing Manager at The Meeting Edge®
Debbie has more than 10 years experience in the association management and meeting planning, with a strong focus in marketing and advertising. She graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia with a bachelor’s degree
in Integrative Studies, Advertising from New Century College. She manages three clients for The Meeting Edge: FPA of Colorado, SMPS Colorado Chapter and ISES Denver Chapter.
Debbie earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation in September 2012 and is an
active member in several event industry associations
including CSAE, MPI and a few others.
Debbie grew up near Washington DC and moved to Colorado nearly 8 years ago.
In her spare time, she enjoys being creative through sewing,
art and cooking.

Renee Stark
Account Manager at The Meeting Edge®
Renee brings more than 25 years of varied experience in
Advertising, Marketing and Communications to The Meeting Edge.
She received her bachelor’s of science degree in
Journalism/Advertising from the University of Colorado,
Boulder. Past experience includes advertising account
management, assisting two business owners through start-up,
serving as the executive director for a non-profit, directing a
certification training institute, and supporting a candidate
through several political campaigns.
Renee is a Colorado native and enjoys living close to family.
Outside of work, she is grateful to have flexibility to focus on
raising her young daughter and spending quality time with family
and friends and doing volunteer work. Her other interests
include health and wellness, spiritual and personal growth,
cooking, hiking and biking.

Christina Coffman
Account Manager at The Meeting Edge®
Christina is
a Denver native but has spent many years in Hawaii, California
and Virginia. She loves to travel to places like India and
Italy in order to gain insight and learn about various cultures
and spiritual practices. Her background for the last 13 years
has been in Corporate America working for companies such as
JPMorgan, TIAA CREF and most recently owned and operated a
financial consulting business managing 401k plans. She has a
strong interest in the non profit sector and uses her keen
business sense in assisting non profits with organizational
development, strategic planning and marketing. She received a
B.S in Organizational Development and a B.A in Business
Administration from Regis University and currently finishing up
her Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership.
In her spare
time she is an artist and photographer and loves to play her
drum. She manages two clients at the Meeting Edge, COSHRM and
ASTD.

Erika Vierke
Account Manager at The Meeting Edge®
Erika
Vierke has lived in the Denver area for more than 18 years.
Growing up near the water near the San Francisco Bay Area led
her to explore and live in beautiful places such as Alaska,
Hawaii, and Oregon.
Erika has more than 14 years of experience in the integrative
health and non-profit field supporting organizations with
administrative, event planning, tradeshow and conference
management, client relations, sales, marketing, research, and
database management. She has a passion for helping non-profits
reach their potential and soar.
She helps manage two clients for The Meeting Edge: AFP Colorado
Chapter and NIRI.
In her spare time she loves to travel the globe finding local
healers, spiritual and environmentally conscious living,
sustainable communities, holistic practices and remedies from
all indigenous cultures. She also enjoys yoga, hiking, and being
in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
