JoLane
Hochstetler is the president and founder of The Meeting
Edge, Inc.®
She
has more than 15 years experience in the meeting planning
industry, with an extensive background in computers
and project management. She graduated from Regis University
in Denver with a Business degree, and a minor in Computer
Science. JoLane is a member of the National Association
of Women Business Owners, Society of Government Meeting
Planners and Executive Women's Golf Association.
JoLane and her husband enjoy many activities together - golf, camping,
snowmobiling, and traveling.
Growing up on a ranch in North Dakota taught her the value of honesty,
integrity, and hard work and those principles guide her business every
day.

Norie
Baker, Account Manager at The Meeting Edge®
Norie was raised in Philadelphia and moved to Colorado in 1976 to go to college. She graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Food Science and Nutrition. She has 13 years experience in both restaurant management and quality control with Kraft General Foods. She also has spent 5 years in corporate organizations as a national accounts coordinator and administrative assistant.
Norie
and her husband have 2 college age sons. They spend their
spare time at their mountain cabin and enjoy four-wheeling,

Pam Cosgrove, Account Manager at The Meeting Edge®
Pam Cosgrove has 23 years experience in sales and marketing, interacting with local, regional, and national accounts. Pam has served on several boards including but not limited to President of the Colorado Xtreme Soccer Association, Chair Person for the Allied Group of the Colorado Motor Carriers Assocation, Board member for local chapter of the American Heart Association. Pam is currently a member of the Promotional Products Association International and the Rocky Mountain Regional Association of PPAI. Pam takes pride in her organizational skills, extensive experience in public speaking and a successful management background.
Pam was born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, moved to Nebraska where she obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration. Pam and her husband Kevin, along with their two daughters, Kasey and Mara moved to Colorado in 1996.

Carol Lathrop, CMP, Special Events Coordinator at The Meeting Edge®
Carol has earned the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation and has over 15 years meeting and event planning experience with both private sector and not-for-profit organizations. She has served on management teams for meetings of up to 7,000 attendees.
She has served on the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association for 7 years. Carol is currently studying at Metropolitan State College for a BA in Hospitality, Meeting, and Travel Administration with an emphasis in Sustainable Event Management..
Born and raised in the Chicago area, Carol moved to Colorado in 1979 where she raised her daughter. In her spare time, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling, scrap booking, and live theatre.Email

Miriam
MacKay, Account Manager at The Meeting Edge®
Miriam has 20 years experience working in the corporate environment
with an extensive background in Microsoft applications, planning office
functions, and customer service relations. Miriam graduated from Regis
University in Denver Colorado with a Bachelors degree in Communications
and a minor in Human Resources Management.
Miriam and her husband, have two children . They enjoy skiing, golf,
traveling and hockey.

Anne O'Neill,
CMP, Account Manager at The Meeting
Edge®
Anne, a Certified Meeting Professional with
over 20 years of diverse business experience including sales,
marketing and accounting for large corporations,
political campaigns, small business and non profit associations. This
experience includes the full spectrum of event management,
from concept, site selection, marketing, contract negotiation
through to onsite management and post event analysis. Anne
graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with
a degree in Hospitality Management and Event Planning.
Anne, third generation Coloradoan, enjoys traveling, ball
room dancing and spending time with her 3 grown children
and 4 grandchildren.

Kim
Watts, Account Manager at The Meeting Edge®
Kim is a Colorado native who has lived in the Denver
area for over 30 years. Before coming to The Meeting
Edge, she worked in the non-profit youth pageantry and
drum corps activity.
After attending Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Colorado as a Psychology
major, Kim's emphasis has shifted to office organization and customer
service skills. Her strengths include database management, desktop publishing
and graphic design. Within the last year, she has also started html web
design and maintenance for our clients.
In her spare time, Kim knits and teaches aromatherapy and basket making
at her home in Westminster where she lives with her husband and a spoiled
Lhasa Apso, Moose. But her main interest these days is her new grandson,
Beckett. Email
